- On October 11, Radamés gives an interview to Rádio Jornal do Brasil – FM, Rio de Janeiro, for the program Especial JB, by Luiz Carlos Saroldi, with Ney Hamilton and special participation of producer Pelão (João Carlos Botezelli).
Radamés talks about the beginning of his career, his entry into radio, as a pianist.

- On April 5th, within the schedule of the Second Rio Grande do Sul – Uruguay Integration Week, violinist Telmo Jaconi presents the Concerto nº 3 para violino e orquestra (1969), by Radamés Gnattali, with the Porto Alegre Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Pablo Komlós.
- On June 14th, the harpist Amália Maresca presents the Concerto para harpa e orquestra de cordas(1957), by Radamés Gnattali, with the Porto Alegre Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Victor Tevah, at the Hall of Acts of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul.
- The Gama Filho University Choir, conducted by Abelardo Magalhães, presents, at Sala Cecília Meireles, Rio de Janeiro, for the first time,, Nau Catarineta (1976), para coro misto e piano, de Radamés Gnattali, com letra de Domício Augusto. Work dedicated to the group.
- The Emi-Odeon record company launches the album Os Cameristas, a string ensemble directed by conductor Nelson de Macedo, featuring, as part of its repertoire, the Concerto para violino e orquestra de cordas (1967), by Radamés Gnattali, played by violinist Giancarlo Pareschi, to whom the work was dedicated.
- Continental launches the elepe Latino América para duas Guitarras – Sérgio e Odair Assad, com o Duo Assad interpretando, entre outras obras, o Concerto for two guitars, oboe and string orchestra (1970)by Radamés Gnattali, with the participation of oboist Moacir Freitas and Orquestra Armorial de Pernambucowith conductor Cussy de Almeida conducting.
- Radamés is interviewed in the newspaper O Pasquim [1]. As interviewers, journalists Sérgio Cabral and Tárik de Souza, composers Hermínio Bello de Carvalho and Macalé, cartoonists Ziraldo and Jaguar, among others.
- Radamés composes:

- Concerto para acordeom e orquestra de cordas– dedicated to Chiquinho do Acordeom (Romeu Seibel).
- Approved the Divorce Law, through Constitutional Amendment nº 9.
