Pascoal Fossati, tio de Radamés, estudou violoncelo e se formou na Bélgica. Mudou-se para a capital federal na década de 1940, ingressando na Orquestra Sinfônica do Theatro Municipal do Rio de Janeiro, onde trabalhou até aposentar-se. ‘Era muito bom músico, mas preferia sentar-se na última fileira. Tinha horror de aparecer’, lembra Aída Gnattali, sua sobrinha.
Pascoal Fossati, Radamés’ uncle, studied the cello and graduated in Belgium. He moved to the federal capital in the 1940s, joining the Symphony Orchestra of the Theatro Municipal do Rio de Janeiro, where he worked until he retired. He was a very good musician, but he preferred to sit in the last row. He had a horror of showing up,’ remembers Aída Gnattali, his niece.
