Three days later, the symphony is repeated at TV Globo&#8217;s theater in Rio de Janeiro, in the program <em>Concertos para a Juventude<\/em>, Sunday morning, with live broadcast<\/li>\n<li>On June 6, guitarist Laurindo Almeida debuts in Los Angeles, CA (USA), Radam\u00e9s Gnattali, the <em><strong>Concerto n\u00ba 4 (\u00e0 brasileira) para viol\u00e3o e orquestra de cordas, <\/strong><\/em>dedicated to him.<\/li>\n<li>Also in June, guitarist Roland Harker presents, in London, the <em><strong>Concerto \u00e0 Brasileira (n\u00ba 4) para viol\u00e3o e orquestra de cordas<\/strong><\/em>, by Radames Gnattali, with the <em>Putney Synphony Orchestra<\/em>, under the regency of Keith Stent.<\/li>\n<li>The record label Fermata launches the elep\u00ea <em>H. Villa-Lobos, Francisco Mignone, Radam\u00e9s Gnattali, Cl\u00e1udio Santoro, Ernest Mahle for Viola and Piano<\/em>, presenting the duo Perez Dworecki, viola, and Fritz Jank (or Cl\u00e1udio de Brito), piano, interpreting, among other works, the <strong><em>Sonata para viola e piano<\/em><\/strong>(1969), by Radames Gnattali. <strong> <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/radamesgnattali.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/disco_104_0496.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8060 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/radamesgnattali.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/disco_104_0496-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/radamesgnattali.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/disco_104_0496-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/radamesgnattali.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/disco_104_0496-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/radamesgnattali.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/disco_104_0496-768x768.jpg 768w, https:\/\/radamesgnattali.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/disco_104_0496-700x700.jpg 700w, https:\/\/radamesgnattali.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/disco_104_0496.jpg 800w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Radam\u00e9s composes:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em>Concerto para violino, viola, violoncelo e piano com orquestra de sopros<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 dedicated to the Guanabara Quartet; the 3rd move is a <em>Homenagem a Vivaldi<\/em>, as indicated by the author.<\/li>\n<li><strong><em>Introdu\u00e7\u00e3o e choro para violino com acompanhamento de viol\u00e3o<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 dedicated to the Paganini Duo<\/li>\n<li><strong><em>Musiquinha para bis<\/em><\/strong> <strong>[1]<em> \u2013<\/em><\/strong> <strong><em>para violino, viola, violoncelo e piano<\/em><\/strong> (on a theme by Tom Jobim) \u2013 dedicated to the Quarteto da Guanabara.<\/li>\n<li><strong><em>Su\u00edte para flauta, obo\u00e9, clarinete, fagote e trompa em f\u00e1<\/em><\/strong> (completed in 1973), also referred to as <strong><em>Su\u00edte para quinteto de sopros <\/em><\/strong> \u2013 dedicated to the Villa-Lobos Quintet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Dies, in Rio de Janeiro, RJ, the homeopathic doctor, poet and composer Alberto Ribeiro, Radam\u00e9s&#8217; partner in several songs, as in the samba-can\u00e7\u00e3o <em>Amargura<\/em> <em><em>(1950).<\/em><\/em><\/li>\n<li>Composer Igor Stravinsky dies in New York.<\/li>\n<li>Chico Buarque returns to Brazil, after 15 months of self-exile in Italy, and records <em>Apesar de Voc\u00ea<\/em>, which is even released and later vetoed by the censors.
